It may look like a sweet melon, but it's got some bite.
- 1 1/4 oz Midori
- 1/2 oz Ancho Reyes chile liqueur
- 1/2 oz Fresh lemon juice
- Fever-Tree aromatic tonic to top
- Thyme sprig for garnish
Throw some ice into a Collins glass, then pour all of your ingredients over it. Give all of it a good stir.
Garnish that glass with a sprig of thyme and enjoy.
