Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 tspn salt
- 1/2 tspn baking soda
- 1 cup mini peanut butter cups
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and brown sugar and mix in the egg.

Stir in the peanut butter and vanilla until mixed well.

Mix in the flour, salt, baking soda, and mini peanut butter cups until it becomes a cookie dough texture. Chill for one hour.

Scoop cookie dough onto a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
