Apple Cider Bourbon Float

It doesn't have to be November for you to enjoy the flavors of fall.

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
  • 1 ½ fluid ounces bourbon
  • ½ cup hard apple cider
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Drop the vanilla ice cream into a champagne flute. Pour in the bourbon, then slowly add the cider over it. Garnish with a little sprinkle of cinnamon.
