The mellow sweetness of banana is perfect for a sunny day.
- ½ large banana sliced
- 1 ½ fluid ounces light rum
- 1 fluid ounce fresh lime juice
- ½ fluid ounce triple sec
- 1 teaspoon white sugar or to taste
- 1 cup ice cubes
Add the banana, light rum, lime juice, triple sec, and sugar to the pitcher of a blender. Puree all that stuff until it's a single smooth mix. Add the ice and blend on the highest setting until the drink has a slushy texture, 15 to 20 seconds. Pour into a glass and serve.
