Why eat chips dry when you can dip them in tasty guacamole?
- 2 avocados
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Halve the avocados and take out the seeds. Scoop the pulp out and put it in a bowl. Mash up the pulp with a fork, then stir in lemon juice, onion, salt, and olive oil.
Put a cover on the bowl, and let it chill in the fridge for an hour. Serve with your favorite chips.
