Pink Lady

This creamy, grenadine-based cocktail was one of the signature drinks of the 50s!

Ingredients

  • 1 egg white
  • 1 teaspoon grenadine
  • 1 teaspoon half-and-half
  • 1 jigger (1.5 fluid ounce) gin
  • 1 cup crushed ice

Instructions

  1. Fill the cocktail shaker with the crushed ice, then pour all of the ingredients over it.
  2. Put the cover on the shaker and shake it all up until the outside turns frosty. Strain the cocktail into a pre-chilled glass.
