Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 half teaspoon salt
  • 2 to 4 tablespoons cold water

Instructions
