- 1/2 oz. 15ml gin
- 1/2 oz. 15ml triple sec or Cointreau
- 3/4 oz. 22ml freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 oz. 30ml simple syrup or sugar syrup
- 1 oz. 30ml cola or Pepsi

Instructions
-
Fill a cocktail shaker or mixing glass with ice cubes.
-
Add the vodka, rum, tequila, gin, triple sec, lime juice, and simple syrup to the shaker.
-
Shake the mixture vigorously for about 10-15 seconds to combine all the ingredients and to chill the drink.

Garnish the cocktail with a lemon slice and, if you like, some fresh mint leaves.
-
Serve and enjoy responsibly!
Recipe Notes
• You can adjust the amount of each liquor to your liking. If you prefer it stronger, add more vodka, rum, tequila, or gin. Conversely, if you prefer a milder taste, you can decrease the amount of liquor in the recipe.
• The triple sec is essential to this drink, but you can substitute it with Cointreau or Grand Marnier if you prefer.
• If you don’t have simple syrup, you can make it by dissolving one part sugar in one part hot water, then cooling the mixture before using it in the drink.
• Be careful when drinking Long Island Iced Tea as it contains a high amount of alcohol. Drink responsibly and know your limits.
