Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies
A little pudding mix is all you need for crazy soft cookies.
- 4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 cups butter softened
- 1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 2 3.4 oz packages instant vanilla pudding mix
- 4 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 4 cups semisweet chocolate chips
Turn the oven up to 350 degrees. While that's heating up, sift the flour and baking soda together.
In a big bowl, cream the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar together. Add the pudding mix, and beat that stuff until it's good and blended. Stir the eggs and vanilla into the bowl, then blend in the flour mixture from step one. Finish up the batter by stirring in the chocolate chips. Plop rounded spoonfuls of the batter onto a clear cookie sheet. No greasing necessary.
Bake those guys in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes. When the edges are golden brown, you're ready for action.
