Tofu fajitas make a great lunch that feels light yet filling. The tofu absorbs seasoning well and cooks into a texture that stays soft inside with a lightly crisp edge. Paired with warm vegetables, everything comes together in a way that feels balanced and comforting. The peppers and onions add color and gentle sweetness, while the spices bring steady warmth without overpowering the dish. As everything cooks, the flavors blend smoothly and create a familiar fajita-style aroma. The process stays simple and easy to manage.

This meal works well for a relaxed lunch at home. It can be served straight from the pan and enjoyed while warm. The overall result feels fresh, wholesome, and easy to return to.
