- 1 can of chickpeas 15 oz
- 1/4 cup of tahini
- 1/4 cup of extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 2-3 tablespoons of water
