Ingredients

- 2 cups crushed digestive biscuits or graham crackers

- 1 half cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1 cup mixed berries such as strawberries blueberries, or raspberries
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
