
Dulce de Leche-Stuffed Bananas
Sweet, decadent and deliciously sinful stuffed bananas.

Ingredients
- 3 banana
- 1/2 cup Dulce de Leche
- 2 cups flour
- 3 eggs whisked
- 2 cups bread crumbs
- oil for frying
- 1 cup cinnamon sugar
Instructions

Cut off the tips of the bananas and peel. Cut into thirds and scoop out the center to create a deep pocket.

Spoon about a tbsp of the Dulce de Leche into the banana pockets and place on a baking sheet, open face up and freeze for two hours.

Bread the stuffed bananas by coating it with the flour, then the eggs, and finally the bread crumbs.

Fry the breaded bananas on medium-high heat until golden brown.

Coat with the cinnamon sugar.
