Rice Pudding

Homemade-style rice pudding. Delicious and not overly sweet.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups cooked rice
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups whole milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Combine the rice and raisins in a greased casserole tray.

  2. Whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar and nutmeg in a small bowl and pour over rice.

  3. Bake at 375°F for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center. Cool before serving.
