
Rice Pudding
Homemade-style rice pudding. Delicious and not overly sweet.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups cooked rice
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups whole milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup ground nutmeg
Instructions

Combine the rice and raisins in a greased casserole tray.

Whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar and nutmeg in a small bowl and pour over rice.

Bake at 375°F for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center. Cool before serving.
