Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- salt
- pepper
- onion powder
- 1 cup flour
- 3 eggs whisked
- 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- oil for frying
- 2 cups marinara
- 8 slices mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
Instructions

Cut the chicken breasts in half cross-wise.

Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and onion powder.

Bread the seasoned breasts by coating them with the flour, then the eggs, and finally the bread crumbs. Fry on medium high or 350 degrees Fahrenheit until golden brown.

Place the fried breasts in a baking pan and pour the marinara sauce evenly over them.

Top with the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

Bake at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes.
