Easy and Healthy Fried Rice

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 chicken breasts diced
- 1 tspn salt
- 1 tspn pepper
- 1 cup carrot chopped
- 1 cup broccoli
- 2 cups cooked brown rice
- 1/2 cup peas
- 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
Instructions

Heat the sesame oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and add the chicken breasts. Season with the salt and pepper.

When the chicken is browned, add the carrot and broccoli and continue stir-frying.

Add in the rice, peas, and the soy sauce and stir. Continue cooking until rice and peas are heated through.
