Stuffed Steak Rolls
A delicious and succulent flank steak recipe stuffed with mushrooms, onions, and cheese.

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp garlic minced
- 2 onions chopped
- 2 cups mushrooms sliced
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp pepper
- 2 lbs flank steak
- 1 cup spinach
- 9 slices provolone cheese
Instructions

Lightly grease a skillet over medium heat and add the garlic, onions, mushrooms, salt, and pepper and cook for 15 minutes.

Lay out the flank steak on a flat surface and season with salt and pepper.

Place a layer of the mushroom mixture on top of the flank steak, then a layer of provolone cheese.

Roll up the flank steak making sure the stuffing does not fall out and secure using toothpicks. Slice up the flank steak roll at 1 to 1 1/2 inch thickness.

Heat a pan on medium-high heat and cook the flank steak rolls till golden brown and crusty on both sides. Then bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-15 minutes.
