Pimiento Cheese
This easy cheese dip will give your finger foods a bit of zest.

Ingredients
- 4 oz cream cheese softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 8 oz sharp Cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 jar diced pimientos drained
- salt
- freshly ground black pepper

Beat the cream cheese and mayo together with an electric mixer on medium until they're thoroughly combined. Add the cheddar cheese and continue beating until it's combined as well.

Stir in the pimientos, but use a spoon instead of the mixer. Sprinkle the mixture with salt and pepper to taste. Cover it up and let it chill for up to 1 week.
