A sweet and spicy cocktail with a hint of fresh fruit.
- 50 ml blackcurrant syrup
- Juice of ½ a lime
- fresh mint sprigs
- 50 ml gin
- 175 ml fiery ginger beer
- Ice to serve
Pour the blackcurrant syrup into a glass, squeeze in the lime juice, then place the lime you used into the glass. Add the mint, then use a muddler to muddle everything together. Pour in the gin and mix until combined.
Fill the glass with ice and top it up with ginger beer.
