Pepperoni Garlic Knots
The pizza dough appetizer, now paired with pizza's favorite topping!

Ingredients
- 1 pound pizza dough
- 15 slices pepperoni
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 2 tbsps. fresh parsley chopped
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 2 tbsps. butter
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- ½ cup grated sharp cheese

Roll the pizza dough out, cut it into strips and tie those strips into knots.

Chop up the pepperoni and fry it in a pan with the butter, olive oil, minced garlic, and chopped parsley until aromatic. Add in the chili flakes.

Toss the dough knots in the pepperoni garlic butter, then place them in a greased cast iron skilled that is sprinkled with flour. Let the knots rise for 20 minutes, then sprinkle the cheese over them.

Bake the knots in an oven at 425 F for 25 minutes.
