Ingredients

  • 3 oz. rum
  • 1 1/2 c. pineapple
  • 3 tsp. agave syrup
  • 3 tbsp. coconut cream
  • 3 oz. lime juice
  • 1 c. ice
  • 12 strawberries chopped
  • 2 small peach chopped
  • Strawberries for garnish
  • Toasted sweetened coconut for garnish

Instructions

  1. Fill blender with 1/3 of the rum, as well as the pineapple, agave nectar, coconut cream, lime juice, and ice. Set aside. Repeat two more times with two more pitchers, first adding strawberry for the second and then peach for the third.

  2. Blend the mixtures and pour into serving glasses in layers. Start with the base mix, then add the strawberry mix, and lastly the peach mix. Make sure to chill each layer before adding the next. Garnish with some toasted coconut and the extra strawberries, and serve.

Recipe Notes

If you don't have multiple blender pitchers, just put your layer ingredients in separate containers, then clean the pitcher you have between uses.
