Ingredients
For the Bubble Tea:

- 1 cup brewed green or black tea chilled
- 1/2 cup milk or any milk alternative

- 1/2 cup tapioca pearls boba
For Cooking Tapioca Pearls:
- 4 cups water
- 1/4 cup brown sugar optional, for flavoring the pearls
For Serving:
- Ice cubes
- Wide straws

Prepare the Tapioca Pearls:
