Shrimp Boil
Nothing welcomes the summer or fall better than a shrimp boil.

Ingredients
- 4 qts Water
- 12 oz Beer
- 1 Bag Seafood Boil Seasoning
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Cayenne Pepper
- 3 Bay Leaves
- 2 Onions Quartered
- 2 Whole Garlic Bulbs
- 1 lb Small Red Potatoes
- 1 lb Smoked Sausage Optional: Cut to 2-4 inch pieces
- 4 Ears of Corn Optional: Cut in half
- 2 lbs Large Shrimp
Instructions

In a large pot, combine the water, beer, seafood boil seasoning, salt, cayenne pepper, bay leaves, onions, and garlic bulbs and bring to a boil.

Add the potatoes and simmer for 15 minutes.

Add the sausage and the corn and simmer for 8 more minutes.

Add the shrimp, put on lid, turn off heat and let sit for 10-15 minutes. Drain the liquid and serve.
