
Matcha Soda
Who says tea can't be fizzy?

Ingredients
- ½ cup simple syrup
- 2 teaspoons matcha powder
- seltzer water for serving
Instructions

Combine the simple syrup with the matcha powder in a small pan on low heat. Let that stuff simmer for a minute, then take it off the heat and let it cool off completely.

When the syrup is cool, strain it into an airtight glass container. You can keep that stuff in the fridge for up to a month!

Now for the actual soda. Pour 1 cup (240 ml) of seltzer water into a glass with ice, then add 1-2 tablespoons of your matcha syrup. Give a good stirring to combine, and enjoy.
