Garlic Cheese Croutons
Who doesn't love a little extra crunch in their soup or salad?
- 10 slices bread cubed
- ½ cup butter melted
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese or to taste
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Turn the oven up to 375 F.
Put the bread cubes in a big bowl and drizzle them with melted butter, tossing them around to get an even coat. Spread the coated cubes onto a baking sheet.
Bake the cubes in the preheated oven until they're crispy, 10 to 15 minutes.
Mix the Parmesan, salt, paprika, and garlic powder in a bowl and sprinkle that over the croutons, tossing again to coat them.
