Ingredients

  • Peanut Butter Ice Cream
  • 1 pound graham crackers
  • 16 ounces strawberry jam
  • 1 cup unsalted peanuts chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Spread the ice cream into a single layer in a baking dish. Freeze for 3 hours.
  2. Remove ice cream block and cut into squares. Insert a popsicle stick into each square and place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  3. Freeze for 3 more hours.
  4. Spread jam on graham cracker squares. Press graham crackers onto ice cream squares (using the jelly as glue).
  5. Dip the side of the pops in chopped peanuts.
  6. Freeze again for 2 hours.
  7. Serve and enjoy! 😀
