Thin Mint Martini
A minty, chocolatey martini for those sweet cravings.
- 1 teaspoon chocolate syrup or to taste
- 1 fluid ounce peppermint schnapps
- 2 fluid ounces chocolate liqueur
- 2 fluid ounces half-and-half
Drizzle the chocolate syrup around the inside edge of a martini glass. It should dribble down to create a nice, wavy pattern. Place the glass in the freezer.
Add the peppermint schnapps, chocolate liqueur, and cream into a cocktail shaker full of ice. Put the cover on and shake that stuff up. Take your prepped glass out of the freezer and strain the martini into it.
