  • 1 teaspoon chocolate syrup or to taste
  • 1 fluid ounce peppermint schnapps
  • 2 fluid ounces chocolate liqueur
  • 2 fluid ounces half-and-half

  1. Drizzle the chocolate syrup around the inside edge of a martini glass. It should dribble down to create a nice, wavy pattern. Place the glass in the freezer.

  2. Add the peppermint schnapps, chocolate liqueur, and cream into a cocktail shaker full of ice. Put the cover on and shake that stuff up. Take your prepped glass out of the freezer and strain the martini into it.
